box (7 oz) Betty Crocker™ mac & cheese original
Margarine and milk called for on mac & cheese box

can (11 oz) Green Giant™ SteamCrisp® Mexicorn® whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1/2
cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa

teaspoon chili powder
1
tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro
1/2
cup corn chips, coarsely crushed, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Make mac & cheese as directed on box.
  2. 2 Stir in corn, salsa and chili powder. Cook about 1 minute or until hot.
  3. 3 Sprinkle with cilantro. Top with corn chips.
