Southwest Mac and Cheese

With the easy addition of corn and salsa, Betty Crocker® mac & cheese becomes a southwestern treat!

box (7 oz) Betty Crocker® mac & cheese original
Margarine and milk called for on mac & cheese box

can (11 oz) Green Giant® SteamCrisp® Mexicorn® whole kernel corn with red and green peppers, drained
1/2
cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa

teaspoon chili powder
1
tablespoon chopped fresh cilantro

cup corn chips, coarsely crushed, if desired
  • 1 Make mac & cheese as directed on box.
  • 2 Stir in corn, salsa and chili powder. Cook about 1 minute or until hot.
  • 3 Sprinkle with cilantro. Top with corn chips.
