I made this the other night. I've been buying the Suddenly Salad mixes occasionally for years, so it was nice to see a variation on the basic mix. I added a bit more mayonnaise than was called for, figured with all the extra ingredients, I might want the salad a bit wetter. I've found over the years that these salads tend to dry out a bit in the fridge also, so another reason for a bit of extra mayo. But that was my taste, it can certainly adapt this to your own. Overall, a good recipe. Not something I would make every day, or even every week, but good on occasion. And it makes a LOT !

I think I'd modify this recipe by using a plain yogurt/mayo mix instead of straight mayo. A little sugar would mask the tang of the yogurt.

You know some people do watch what they eat and if you get upset with people because they might want to change a few things that is their business. And I am sure it will still be great.

To tropicaltan---no where did I see it written that this was supposed to be a low-calorie, low-fat, low-sodium, and/or low-carb recipe! I have to agree with billypk, lori0316, and MaryB53--if you want "healthier" recipes trying doing a search using "low fat", "low calorie", "low sodium," etc, as key words. Also, your user name doesn't sound too healthy anyway..."Tropical Tan?" Everyone knows by now that tanning is anything BUT healthy!

I do agree the 'pasta' was a mistery at first reading. With experience I had a clue it might be in the pre-boxed recommendation. Suggestions: The recipe is what it is. If it does not fit you personal 'healthy life style' don't eat it. The person who changed the ingredients, with your change it is no longer the original. Did you try the orginal and then decided it was to bland?

I am a person who does not cook much so when a recipe calls for an ingredient it sure better be listed. So tell me, is it me or is the pasta not listed in the ingredients? How much pasta should I use for this recipe? Other than that I can't wait to try it! Sounds good!
