GRILL DIRECTIONS: Heat grill. In medium bowl, combine ground chicken, tortilla chips and 1/4 cup salsa; mix well. Shape mixture into four 4-inch-long oval patties. Wrap tortillas in 24x12-inch piece of heavy-duty foil; set aside.
When ready to grill, place patties on gas grill over medium-high heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium-high coals. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once. During last 1 to 2 minutes of cooking, place foil packet on grill. Heat until tortillas are softened.
Place lettuce in center of each tortilla; top each with burger, guacamole and cheese. Fold ends of tortilla toward center; overlap sides to cover burger. Serve with 1/2 cup salsa.
