Southern Citrus Salad

Use your favorite combination of greens in this refreshing salad; even spinach works well.

cups torn leaf lettuce

cups torn iceberg lettuce

grapefruit, peeled, sectioned

oranges, peeled, sectioned

avocado, peeled, pitted and sliced

cup slivered almonds, toasted if desired*

cup purchased poppy seed salad dressing
  • 1 In large serving bowl, toss leaf and iceberg lettuce. Arrange grapefruit, oranges, avocado and almonds over greens. Serve with dressing.
