Sour Cream Blueberry Pancakes

cups baking mix

cup sour cream
1/2
cup milk

eggs

cup fresh or frozen (thawed and drained) blueberries

Directions

  1. 1 Heat griddle or skillet; grease if necessary. Stir all ingredients except blueberries in large bowl until blended. Stir in blueberries.
  2. 2 Pour batter by scant 1/4 cupfuls onto hot griddle.
  3. 3 Cook until edges are dry. Turn; cook until golden brown.
