A friend told me how delicious this recipe was so I made it tonight. Wow! It is really, really good. I even used the Low Fat rolls, fat free cream cheese, and I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light... awesome!

The recipe I use for this calls for honey to be drizzled on the finished sopapilla cheesecake bars. Not sure how much of a difference it makes, but these are AWESOME!! So easy, yet so impressive.

Try using powdered sugar instead of cinnamon mixture next time. Tastes wonderful!

I made this for my family's Thanksgiving dinner. Thank goodness Pillsbury has a website or I would have had to write dozens of recipe cards! For an extra touch I add sliced almonds to the top before baking.

I really like it straight from the oven and rewarmed after it's been cooled in the refridgerator. Either way, it is AMAZING and so easy! It is an amazing crowd pleaser, you will be an instant success!!
