Ingredients

STUFFING

(7-oz.) pkg. seasoned cube-style stuffing mix (4 cups)
1/4
cup margarine or butter
Water

(9-oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli in a pouch, thawed, drained*

FILLETS

1
lb. sole or flounder fillets
1
tablespoon margarine or butter, melted
2
teaspoons lemon juice
1/2
teaspoon onion powder
Paprika

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease 12x8-inch (2-quart) baking dish. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package using 1/4 cup margarine and water. Stir in broccoli. Spoon evenly into greased baking dish. Place fillets evenly over stuffing mixture.
  2. 2 In small bowl, combine 1 tablespoon margarine, lemon juice and onion powder. Brush over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover with foil.
  3. 3 Bake at 375°F. for 30 minutes. Uncover; bake an additional 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
