I love these lemon bars because they are so easy and super delicious. I used Meyer lemons because I like the taste better in desserts.

I've have been making these lemon bars for a few months. Everyone loves them and they are much easier to make than the ones I used to make that required mixing your own dough and pressing it on the bottom, etc. etc. This recipe is a breeze and has been enjoyed by all.

I loved this recipe and I added the "Mock Lemon meringue bar" recipe meringue to it. Very addicting!
The person that complained of mushy bars probably didn't bake the cookie crust first - or didn't bake it long enough. Mine was great!

I tried this recipe last night and today they are soggy. Just a big dish is mush. Off to find another
