They were very good and stayed so moist.

I added a more time, (don't remember just how much) and they were perfect. Everyone loved them. Have made them several times.

I made these cookies today.....and they were kind of raw inside . I measured and followed the recipe exactly. I even baked the cookie crust 10 minutes longer than the recipe said to. I also baked the lemon part with the crust 10 minutes longer than the crust. To ensure that everything was baked through and firm. Though they tasted very good the texture was a little gross. I won't be making again. I wish I had luck like the other reviewers with these bars. I have been baking for 15 years, and am even in the process of starting my own business.SO I know how to bake. Maybe something is wrong with

Made these tonight and they are very tasty. They were still pretty soft in the lemon/egg layer, but they were also still slightly warm on the bottom. I'm guessing they will firm up more as they get completely cooled all the way. Should the leftovers be refrigerated or left out at room temperature?

These are a huge hit at our house. However I use 2 packages of the sugar cookie dough (which requires a longer cooking time). My husband loves these cold as well.

These are the best lemon bars I have ever had! I'm not big on lemon desserts, but my hubby loves them. This is the go to one from now on. I have found any recipe that starts with using Pillsbury Sugar cookies as the crust, you have to let the crust cool just a little before adding the next layer, other-wise you get the gooey mushy mess. I only let mine cool about 2-3 minutes... came out perfect.

I made these when my family came over for dinner. The were a hit with everyone! This is a "keeper" in my book. I thought they were very easy to make, I even finished some housework while they were baking!

I'm really not sure what I did wrong here....but there was no distinction between the crust & the lemony filling, it all kind of meshed together into a gooey mess. It tasted good, but there was no way it was going to be cut into squares & served.

This is a very refreshing, yet rich dessert. It was a hit with the family & is definitely a "keeper"!
