These were good, I did only use about 4 oz. of creme cheese in the middle but didn't care for that part. The frosting was delicious, I think next time I will just bake them then put some of the frosting inside the cupcake.
The cream cheese just didn't cut it but otherwise delicious!

I just have a question, is the cream cheese really supposed to be only a 3 oz? Just wondering if it's a typo and supposed to be an 8 oz., 3 oz. just doesn't seem like it would be enough.
