Delicious! I added a can of mushrooms and used brown rice instead of white. Love it!

This was a wonderfully easy and delicious dinner! I used pork chops without the bone. I also used a little white cooking wine while I cooked the garlic and pork initially. It turned out delicious. I highly recommend this and will be making it again.

Wonderful absolutely wonderful! I also used this recipe exchanging the pork chop for pork loin and baked it. Kids and hubby thought I spent days on the sauce but we will keep that our secret *L*
