I thought this was excellent. I have tried several of the Progresso Recipe Starters recipes and this one was by far the best. I added some precooked broccoli cuts at the end to make it a complete and easy meal. My hubby who isn't a "gravy" person really enjoyed it.

This recipe was just alright. I felt it needed more seasoning. I also didn't like the potatoes mixed in with the sauce. I think if I make it again I will cook the potatoes separately so they have a crunch to them and add more seasonings to the meat. However, the pork chops were tender and it cooked up quickly. I did like the Progresso Recipe Starter.
