Where's the graham crackers? I would use a graham cracker crust and I don't get drizzling the sweetened condensed milk.

I would use a graham cracker pie crust to make this recipe closer to a S'more.

My friend naughtykitty64..regarding your question-after mixing melted chocolate with the cream, you put mixture in the pie shell and refrigerate it for two hours. Just to allow the pie to set. Love the screen name by the way!

Ok this sounds really good but I have a question the directions say to put the chocolate and 1 1/2 cups of whipping cream in the fridge. Then what do you do with it after being in the fridge? Please help cuz I would really love this recipe in my files

Shouldn't a S'mores Pie have a graham cracker crust? :)

For the person who asked bout changing out the crust for something besides graham crackers..... if ou used anything but graham crackers,it would be S'Mores Pie. Smores re graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows put together (usually with marshmallow heated and mushy). I,too prefer other crusts on some pies, most, but not on his one. It justwouldn't be S'mores pie without the graham cracker crust.

Does it really matter whether it is a plain pie crust or a graham cracker crust? It's a matter of preference seems to me. This is a wonderful recipe with the chocolate chips and the sweetened condensed milk. The marshmallows just top it all off. Super! I may try it with the graham cracker crust just for variety. I'm not a fan of S-mores, by the way. But the pie? Yes.

So, here's the thing, ladies, if it didn't have the refrigerated crust from Pillsbury, it wouldn't be on this site! And, I like the idea of actually using real marshmallows instead of marshmallow fluff. Like all good recipes, use it as a guideline.
