S'more Dip

As quick as kids jump off the bus after school, this marshmallowy dip mixes together in the microwave. All the great taste of real S'mores but without the campfire!

As many of the other reviewers had suggested - I also used the Milk Chocolate Chips.... Love this quick and easy desert which is great for the kids after school. This would also, make an excellent last minute dish to take to a potluck luncheon, since most people always have these ingredients in the cupboard :-)

This dip is delicious. Everyone at my party loved it. Perfect solution for that s'mores craving when there is no fire around! All of my guests seems to like dipping strawberries as well!

I have made this recipe 3 times now with a positive response each time. I used a mini crockpot in order to keep it warm and smooth; however, it still thickens more than I prefer. Therefore, I now add a small amount of skim milk to thin it out. I prefer it thinner, as one will typically ingest less and therefore reduce the caloric intake without changing the delicious taste.

This is for the person who said there is no nutrition info..They must not have seen it..It clearly says serving size 2 tbs, 270 calories and it has 24 servings i think...It says how much, how many calories, and how many per recipe.

P.S. - YES - the leftovers (if there are any!!) can be refrigerated and reheated - just as good - I would only do this once though......

For those in charge here, the nutritional info does not give a serving size. Yes, I realize most people who are gong to eat this, including myself, really aren't concerned about the sizes. When you eat something like this, one or two tablespoons is never enough!!! Just wanted to point that out encase thee was someone who needed t know.

Tasty, easy and addictive! Only modification we made was to spread the entire 1/2 cup of marshmallow fluff in the middle, on top and brulee it using a creme brulee torch for a toasted marshmallow taste.
