Ingredients

One box Pillsbury Devil's food cake (with pudding in the mix)
1-1/4
Cups water
3
eggs
1/2
Cup Oil
1
cup chocolate morsels
About a Cup of Graham Cracker Crumbs (enough to cover the bottom of 24 cupcakes))
Marshmallow cream (I used 1/4 of a jar)

Directions

  • 1 Follow package directions for the Devil's food cake cake mix...adding your eggs, water, and oil. DO NOT BAKE YET!
  • 2 Add Chocolate morsels and set batter aside
  • 3 Spray or lightly grease cupcake pans (2 pans holding 12 cupcakes each)
  • 4 Sprinkle Graham Cracker Crumbs into the bottom of each cupcake hole!
  • 5 **Spoon or pipe quarter to half dollar size marshmallow cream dollops over Graham Cracker
  • 6 Fill wells as normal with cake batter and bake @ 350 18-22 mins
  • 7 Allow time to cool & Top with your favorite Frosting
  • 8 Our favorite is 8 tbsp butter, 8oz cream cheese, 1tsp vanilla, 3-3/4 C powdered sugar!

**You can add a tiny amount of cake batter to each cup after the graham cracker step and then add marshmallow cream and cover with more cake batter to give the cupcakes a gooey center of marshmallow!
