My 8 year old daughter made these mostly by herself. I melted chocolate chips for her, and put them in/took them out of the oven, but the rest she did. Everyone at the party LOVED them. They were gone before dinner was even served. We bought the flat smore marshmallows so we didn't need to cut them, which means we made our cookies a bit bigger than the recipe stated.

I made this recipe for the first time over the weekend, and we all love it. It really is easy to make, and I actually just used melting chocolate to top the marshmallows and it is wonderful. This is something that can really be made anytime of the year.

very delicious..maybe call them snow cap cookies. My "tasters" asked.."where's the graham cracker?" You need that element to make a honest to goodness smore..time to tweak?

I'm thinking they mean that bark you would use to make chocolate covered pretzels....
