These were great and vanished within minutes. We baked them for 8 mins, then added the marshmallows for an additional 2 minutes. They came out just right. Its a keeper.

What kind of chocolate flavored candy coating should I purchase? I am not even sure what it is!

My kids love these. We did add a little to it, we crushed graham crackers into bigger sized chunks, not to fine or crushed. Then after the marshmallow came right out of the oven we added the graham then did the chocolate, after the chocolate while that was still warm, we added even more graham pressed them down a bit and followed the directions the rest of the way. The graham added a real nice texture and gave it the "real deal" taste some might be looking for. Either way with or without the graham these are AWESOME!!!

I like to slightly underbake the cookies since they go back in to melt the marshmallow. These are yummy!

I have been making these for years. I have even used colored candy chocolate for the holidays. Orange at halloween, red or green for chritmas 9 you can also add sprinkles on top to make it festive.
