Ingredients

slice turkey bacon, cut into small slices

tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper

can (8.3 oz) baked beans
1/4
cup chopped tomato

tablespoon thick-and-spicy hickory-smoked barbecue sauce

Directions

  1. 1 In 1-quart saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until crisp. Remove bacon from saucepan, leaving drippings in pan. Cook bell pepper in bacon drippings, stirring occasionally, until tender.
  2. 2 Reduce heat to medium-low. Stir in beans, tomato, barbecue sauce and bacon. Cook until thoroughly heated.
