I love this casserole! I used 2 links of the smoked sausage and browned them after cutting up in pieces in a large frying pan with green onions because I don't like tomatoes. I also used Kaukana Smoked Cheddar Spreadable Cheese because I could not find smoked gouda or cheddar. I heated it all up in the frying pan after browning the sausage and put in casserole dish. Very yummy! I've made it twice!

I made the for my family and they loved it. I used a full box of pasta and 1 cup of smoked gouda and 1 cup of smoked chedder. I mixed the cheeses and saved a half cup for the top. It made enough for six. I can't wait to try more of the recipe starters. These are great for the working Mom. Thank you Progresso.

I made this dish 2 nights ago and I wasn't crazy about it. It needed "something", I just can't put my finger on it. I dashed some hot sauce in, a little more cheese...some garlic powder. It almost seemed like an "adult" or "glorified" mac and cheese with some kilbasea in it. A+ for the effort using the new recipie starters but I don't think I will make again. On to the next one! :)
