cup chopped celery

lb. smoked turkey, cubed (1 1/2 cups)

cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise or salad dressing

cups torn Bibb or Boston lettuce

cup chopped walnuts, toasted if desired

Directions

  1. 1 In medium bowl, combine apples, celery, turkey and mayonnaise; mix well.
  2. 2 Arrange lettuce on individual plates. Spoon apple mixture onto lettuce. Sprinkle with walnuts.
