Summer's juiciest dark sweet cherries are the star in homemade Cherry Chutney, which makes these sandwiches anything but ordinary. Make the chutney early in the day or even a day ahead.

Ingredients

cup mayonnaise

leaves leaf lettuce

cup Cherry Chutney

Steps

  • 1 Spread mayonnaise evenly onto bottom halves of rolls.
  • 2 Top with lettuce, cheese, turkey and 2 tablespoons chutney. Cover with top halves of rolls.
