Smoked Turkey Reuben Sandwiches

Enjoy this classic Reuben sandwich filled with turkey and sauerkraut - perfect when you want dinner to be ready in 20 minutes.

slices marble rye bread

cup purchased Thousand Island salad dressing

lb. thinly sliced deli smoked turkey breast

(8-oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed

(1 1/2-oz.) slices Swiss cheese, halved

cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 1 Spread one side of each bread slice with salad dressing. Layer 4 slices with turkey, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Top each with remaining bread slice, salad dressing side down. Spread outside of sandwiches with margarine.
  • 2 Heat medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook 2 sandwiches at a time for 4 minutes, turning after 2 minutes.
