Smoked Turkey Reuben Sandwiches

slices marble rye bread
1/4
cup purchased Thousand Island salad dressing
1/2
lb. thinly sliced deli smoked turkey breast

(8-oz.) can sauerkraut, drained, rinsed

(1 1/2-oz.) slices Swiss cheese, halved
1/4
cup margarine or butter, softened

Directions

  1. 1 Spread one side of each bread slice with salad dressing. Layer 4 slices with turkey, sauerkraut and Swiss cheese. Top each with remaining bread slice, salad dressing side down. Spread outside of sandwiches with margarine.
  2. 2 Heat medium skillet over medium heat until hot. Cook 2 sandwiches at a time for 4 minutes, turning after 2 minutes.
