Ingredients

(16.3-oz.) can Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits

cup Old El Paso™ Salsa
1/2
lb. smoked turkey breast (from deli), cut into 2x1-inch strips (2 cups)

oz. (1 1/2 cups) shredded 4-cheese Mexican cheese blend

Directions

  1. 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly grease cookie sheets with shortening.
  2. 2 Separate dough into 8 biscuits. Press or roll each to form 5 1/2-inch round. Place on cookie sheets. Bake 10 minutes. Cool.
  3. 3 Spread each biscuit with 2 tablespoons salsa. Top each with 1/4 cup turkey strips and 3 tablespoons cheese.
  4. 4 Return to oven; bake 5 to 7 minutes longer or until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted.
