Very simple. If you like smoked salmon on crackers, you'll probably love this. The warms crescent roll seems more indulgent, decadent than a hard cracker. Great for a winter event. During the summer, could be rewarmed on the grill. I altered the recipe with ingredients on hand, using spicy brown mustard instead of dijon and adding capers. Probably just as good with whatever you like on smoked salmon - olives, horseradish, etc. Next time I'll try adding cream cheese.
