A cheese dabbed burger with pork and coleslaw mix - an apt Halloween appetizer ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients

cups refrigerated shredded pork

cup barbecue sauce

cups angel hair coleslaw mix (from 10-oz package)

medium green onions, sliced

cup ranch dressing

oz blue cheese, crumbled (1/2 cup)

Steps

  • 1 In large microwavable bowl, place pork and barbecue sauce; cover and microwave on High 2 to 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir together coleslaw, onions, dressing and blue cheese.
  • 3 Spoon about 1/4 cup pork mixture onto each bun bottom; top with coleslaw mixture. Replace bun tops.
