  • 1 Cut apple into quarters; remove core. Cut each quarter into 4 slices. Spread 1/2 teaspoon peanut butter on one side of each slice.
  • 2 With kitchen scissors, cut each marshmallow in half lengthwise. Place 4 marshmallow halves over peanut butter on 8 apple slices, extending slightly over peel of slice, for teeth.
  • 3 Top each with remaining apple slice, peanut butter side down, to make smiling mouth.

The granchildren loved these, I used Green apples in place of the red and the kids called them monster smiles.

These were wonderful! We served them at our church's Vacation Bible School on the day we "studied" having a good attitude!

This is a easy and healthy snack for anybody.

My daughter tried it with her pre-k class and the kids'' first reaction to the picture of false teeth was "yuk". But kids love yukky things . She cut the apple slices ahead of time and squeezed lemon juice on them to prevent them from turning brown.She placed the apple slices in paper bowls and set them out along with small jars of peanut butter, plastic knives,and paper plates filled with the mini marshmallows .The children had a ball making their "Monster teeth" for Halloween.They devoured every morsel.

my kids loved it. I made it for my son''s first birthday and it was great for the kids.
