Slow-Cooker White Chicken Chili

Broth-based chili is teeming with chicken, whole kernel corn and great northern beans.

Ingredients

lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in half lengthwise then sliced crosswise

large onion, chopped (about 1 cup)

large red bell pepper, chopped (about 1 1/2 cups)

medium cloves garlic, finely chopped

can (15.25 oz) Green Giant® whole kernel corn, drained
1
can (15 to 16 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed

jars (8 oz each) green taco sauce
1/2
cup Progresso® chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)

teaspoon salt
Fresh cilantro, if desired
  • 1 Spray 3- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In cooker, mix all ingredients except cilantro.
  • 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 6 to 7 hours.
  • 3 Stir well and garnish each serving with cilantro.
