Slow Cooker Tuscan Turkey and Beans

Slow-cooking dried beans with flavorful canned broth is the great start for this garlicky turkey stew, with bright green frozen beans added at the end.

This is REALLY yummy! I used turkey legs instead of thighs (that's what was available at the store), fresh garlic (5 cloves) and I made my own "Italian Seasoning" since all store bought mixes contain rosemary (allergy). Took no time to prepare, even the dried bean prep (my first time). Husband also LOVED it and stated that I have to put this on the dinner rotation.

Oh, my God this is a great recipe my family LOVED it. I used smoked turkey neck, thats what I had in the freezer and it was great be careful with the salt when using smoked meat. This will go on the winter quick and easy menu.

This is very tasty. I used turkey wings as thats what I had on hand. I have made a months worth of slow cooker meals and this is one of the best. Different than the run of the mill stew recipe!
