Ingredients

boneless skinless turkey thighs, cut into 1-inch cubes

medium onion, chopped ( 1/2 cup)

medium stalk celery, chopped ( 1/2 cup)

medium carrot, chopped ( 1/2 cup)

package (14 ounces) sage-and-onion stuffing mix

cups Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-ounce carton)

hamburger buns, buttered if desired

Directions

  1. 1 Toss all ingredients except buns in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker.
  2. 2 Cover and cook on low heat setting 8 to 9 hours.
  3. 3 To serve, scoop about 1/2 cup turkey mixture into each bun.
