Slow-Cooker Southwestern Spice-Rubbed Turkey Thighs

Heat up turkey with prepared Cajun seasoning, then cool it down with sour cream or a mild salsa.

(3/4 to 1-lb.) turkey thighs, skin removed

tablespoon olive oil

teaspoon dried Cajun seasoning

cup Old El Paso® Thick 'n Chunky salsa

cup sour cream
  • 1 Brush turkey thighs with oil; rub with Cajun seasoning. Place in single layer in 4 to 5-quart slow cooker.
  • 2 Cover; cook on Low setting for 7 to 8 hours.
  • 3 Just before serving, remove turkey from slow cooker; place on cutting board. Cut turkey into slices. Serve turkey with salsa and/or sour cream.
