(3/4 to 1-lb.) turkey thighs, skin removed

tablespoon olive oil

teaspoon dried Cajun seasoning
1/4
cup Old El Paso™ Thick 'n Chunky salsa
1/4
cup sour cream

Directions

  1. 1 Brush turkey thighs with oil; rub with Cajun seasoning. Place in single layer in 4 to 5-quart slow cooker.
  2. 2 Cover; cook on Low setting for 7 to 8 hours.
  3. 3 Just before serving, remove turkey from slow cooker; place on cutting board. Cut turkey into slices. Serve turkey with salsa and/or sour cream.
