Very disappointed with the recipe, will not make it again. Not being a very good cook, I was excited that it looked simple to make but after 10 hours in my slow cooker my baby carrots were still crunchy. The meat was pretty good when the sauce was ladled on it and the potatoes cooked up nicely.
