I agree at it was a little bland but nothing a few more spices could not cure. Chicken was extremely tender. I doubled the chicken to get 2 dinners out of it for my husband and I. Worked great. I also add al little white wine with the tomatoes.

Might try serving this with polenta, instead of pasta, made ahead and reheated in a skillet to golden brown.

Delicious recipe! The chicken was extremely tender, however, next time I make the recipe I will add more veggies. I would also add more seasoning because the recipe was a little bland.

Loved it! Prep time was a little long, but it was well worth it. Chicken very tender, not dry at all. Hearty but not heavy.
