Slow Cooker Roast Beef w/ Veggies

A wonderful way to have the moistest, melt in your mouth roast beef ever. The great part about this dish, it only requires 4 inexpensive ingredients.

Ingredients

5 - 10 LB Roast Beef
1
PKG of onion dip seasoning
1
can cream of mushroom soup & only 1/2 cup water
3
stalks celery (chopped), 1 small bags baby carrots, & 10 smalll red potatoes cut in half

  • 1 Turn slower cooker on high. In a mixing bowl add soup and water, mix well.
  • 2 Coat roast beef w/mixture, then set the roast beef aside. Pour mixture in slow cooker.
  • 3 Add the vegetables into the slow cooker and mix well. Place the roast beef on top of vegetables.
  • 4 Cover w/lid and cook for 6 hours or until roast is completely done. Then serve and enjoy!!!!

This was so easy!! 2 of my grandchildren were here to eat with me. We all enjoyed this very much. I used celery soup instead of the mushroom. I don't think I could have fit a 5-10 lb roast in my crockpot! The one I used was 3 1/2 lbs. it was perfect for the amount of veggies in the pot.

Buy a Roast with little fat on it as possible.
