I made these for our 1st college game day football feast! Delicious! I would add more salsa. The avocado-onion slaw was my favorite thing ever! I will be making that for more dishes in the future. This was easy and my family loved it! We'll be having this again and again!

The pork was very good; I did add more salsa. The slaw is so delicious it's addicting. I made fish tacos tonight and made this same slaw to go with them. Used green onion instead of white and apple cider vinegar instead of white the second time around and it was still awesome! I will definitely be making this recipe again and again. I give it 5 Stars!

I made these last night for the first time and we loved them! The meat was a little dry, I think next time I might add a little more salsa, but other than that, GREAT! I love the avocado onion slaw, it's nice to do something a little different with avocado other than gucamole.
