It was a lot of work but certainly worth it. The house smell wonderful. It taste great. My picky son ate twice! He's not a fan of onions but I added pearl onions and he really enjoyed his meal. My husband said it felt like he ate out. I will make this again.

This is delicious. I use my crock pot often and am always looking for something different to try that makes use of simple ingredients. Just the right amount of dill flavor...
