We LOVED this....it had such a great flavor and is definitely going back into my rotation! Only thing I changed was I couldn't find the dried cranberries at my store (they were out), so I picked up a package of the salad topper "Cherry Cranberry Pecano"...it had dried cranberries, sweetened with Cherries and pecan pieces and I used this in place of the cranberries and pecans....we absolutely LOVED the dressing and the pork was SO moist and tender....I think it's one of my most favorite meals yet!

I thought this recipe was quite good and I loved the cranberry relish with the pork. Everything came out moist and tasty.
