Slow Cooker Open-Face Turkey Dinner Sandwiches

A turkey dinner is doable when you depend on tenderloins, jarred gravy and frozen mashed potatoes.

my family loved this. My store didn't have tenderloins so I just used boneless turkey breast and just sort of chopped it up after it cooked. It was like pulled turkey in gravy and we just ladled it over the mashed potatoes and toast. I will definitely be making this again, even though the turkey breast was a bit pricey.

I used smoked sausage instead of turkey. It was real good but hard to keep lit.
