oz mild Mexican pasteurized prepared cheese product with jalapeño peppers, cut into cubes (1 1/2 cups)

cup mild taco sauce

can (15 oz) chili without beans

lb cocktail-size hot dogs or smoked link sausages
1/4
cup chopped fresh cilantro

  • 1 In 3- to 4-quart slow cooker, place cheese, taco sauce, chili and hot dogs; stir to coat well.
  • 2 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 5 to 6 hours, stirring once halfway through cooking. Before serving, sprinkle with cilantro. Serve hot dogs with tortilla chips, if desired.

Co workers loved this a a change from the standard BBQ wienies.

I made this and with the exception of the cilantro, I followed it to the tee. While it tasted ok, it looked like a pile of dog....well you know. Didn't look anything like the professional pic pillsbury uses. So if you're worried about aesthetics don't make this!
