This was amazing! My entire family (including my 2yr old and 5 yr old) Loved it! I cut the salt in half and substituted the jalepeno for a milder pepper (for the sake of the kiddos). Love it!

My 10 year old son says this is one of the best meals he's ever had. He asks for it regulary now. It has great flavor, and is very simple to make.
