make your own no grease (much healthier) shells by putting them in a 300 degree oven and flip to toast. I also added refried beans to the bottom, then the chicken and topped off with yummy guacamole! OLE! DELISH!

After reading all the wonderful reviews, I want to make this for my family BUT I have to ask -- 10 cloves of garlic?? Even though I love garlic that seems like a lot to me.

This recipe is so yummy! My kids are very picky and they actually loved it and told me "you should make this everyday"! It's great the next day too.

These were very good. Unfortunately, my local grocery store didn't have tostadas that day so I just wrapped the mixture in a flour tortilla. Very tasty with just enough spice!

This was very tasty. I followed the recipe very closely, except I only added one tsp. of salt and doubled the fresh jalapeno. I only had regular chili powder. We topped ours with medium salsa, lite sour cream, sliced scallions, and mexican cheese blend. We have leftovers, and will top the tostadas additionally with refried beans, as I think this would make a nice addition. I will definitely make this again!

We tried this the other night, the flavor was really good! I am not a big fan of spicy, so I cut back on the jalepeno and we didn't have tostadas, so we ate them as tacos in flour tortillas. It was easy and very tasty, we will be having this again!
