This was very good. My grocery store did not carry parsnips, so I just added one cubed up potato and some chopped up celery as well. I cooked mine on high for 4 hours then thickened it. The pork was very tender. It was extrememly filling, one bowl and I was stuffed. I would definitely recommend it.
