Made this over the holiday and it turned out perfect! The spices were not too overpowering, which is a change as many recipes overpower with spice. I served this with seasoned pearled couscous and a spinach dip with freshly made pita chips. The stew was great second time around as the carrots did not turn mushy. Thank you.

I made this last night and served with rice pilaf and a side of rustic sourdough bread kalamara olives and feta. My picky husband had 3 THREE! helpings of this. What a nice change from the usual dinner fare!

I made this stew the other night It is awesome!!! My family and I loved it. It is so simple to make. A great workday meal!! Will definitely be making again!! It's a keeper!!!!

This is an excellent stew that makes a meal when combined with a salad and rolls. I froze some, since I am a one person household, and the results were wonderful.
