Slow-Cooker Favorite Ground Beef and Beans

Ingredients

lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1
large onion, chopped (about 3/4 cup)

can (28 oz) baked beans, undrained
1
can (15.5 oz) butter beans, drained, rinsed
1
can (15 oz) Progresso™ kidney beans, drained, rinsed
1
bottle (12 oz) chili sauce
2
cans (4.5 oz each) Old El Paso™ chopped green chiles
2
tablespoons packed brown sugar
3
teaspoons chili powder
Shredded Cheddar cheese, if desired

Directions

  1. 1 In 10-inch nonstick skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
  2. 2 In 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker, mix cooked ground beef mixture and remaining ingredients except cheese.
  3. 3 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 4 hours. Top individual servings with Cheddar cheese.
