Yummmy... I made this last night for my husband and I and it was delicious, we both loved it and will be making this again. They didn't sell a 3lb briskit so we ended up getting a 2LB and 1LB and the 1LB was perfectly sized for us. We each had a nice size sandwich and he had an extra half. We used the rest of the measurments the same. So easy and quick when we got home from work.
