I made this for a Hawaiian party once everyone raved. Usually when I make these meatballs, there are none left. I have also used little pork riblets instead of meatballs.

Great party appetizer. made them twice and both times got rave reviews from the party goers... now I pass the recipe along to my mother. :)

My family loves these and I make them every Christmas. I have a hard time finding Pineapple Preserves so I use Apricot-Pineapple and they come out great.
