The other reviewer also states that he/she would use whole red and green peppers. The recipe CALLS for whole red and green medium peppers, adding an approximation of how much each would be when cut into strips (1.5 cups).

The one reviewer states that he/she would add a whole can of broth rather than the one cup called for. The recipe doesn't call for using CANNED broth at all. Is the reviewer saying that he/she would add all 32oz of the CARTON of broth; OR if he/she used CANNED broth to use a whole can?

I made the recipe exactly as directed the first time. I would have added one whole can of beef broth, as well as a whole red and green pepper. I also added 2tsp. of dried red pepper to get a little more spice.
