lb boneless skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

pouch (9 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy portabella mushroom cooking sauce

oz cream cheese, cut into cubes

teaspoons Italian seasoning

tablespoon lemon juice

tablespoons all-purpose flour

  • 1 Spray 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. Place chicken in slow cooker. Reserve 1/4 cup of the cooking sauce in small bowl; refrigerate.
  • 2 In 1-quart saucepan, stir together remaining cooking sauce, the cream cheese, Italian seasoning and lemon juice with whisk. Cook and stir over medium-low heat until blended. Pour mixture over chicken, stirring to coat chicken with sauce.
  • 3 Cover; cook on Low heat setting 3 to 4 hours or until chicken is tender. Add flour to reserved cooking sauce; stir with whisk until blended. Stir into chicken mixture in slow cooker. Increase heat setting to High. Cover; cook 15 to 20 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly.
  • 4 Meanwhile, cook and drain fettuccine as directed on package. Serve chicken and sauce over fettuccine; sprinkle with parsley. If desired, season to taste with salt and pepper.
