Does any see what the serving size is? I am doing Weight Watchers and it came out to 8 Points+ which is great for someone needing some comfort food :)!

Used a whole sweet onion chopped and sauted in butter in the mircrowave. Browned two packages of fully cooked bacon in soup pot. Removed bacon and drained grease. Added potatoes, onions, and crumbled bacon to pot; along with two quarts of fat-free half and half. When potatoes were fully cooked, added one cup of finely shredded Mexican flavor cheese, salt and pepper. Thickened it with instant potato flakes. Man what a great soup!

Super easy and sooo good!! I made for the family and they loved it! I put the bacon into the soup as it cooked, instead of just as a garnish and it gave the soup great flavor. I garnished with a little more shredded cheese before serving. It's a Keeper!

So easy and it was sooooo good! I am bringing it to work for our Super Bowl party and will start it in the crock pot the night before. I know everyone will love it!

Made this last week and my husband LOVED it. For 2 people we definitely had tons of leftovers but the potatoes and cheese were in perfect balance, if nothing else I might leave out some of the water but the addition of crispy bacon on top? YUM!

This is an excellent recipe. I follow the directions exactly and it is delicious. It was a big hit for Football Sunday for the guys....they love it!!!
