This was SO good and SO easy! So nice to use the hashbrowns and not have to cut up all of the potatoes. Even better the second day! I served it with green onions, bacon, and extra cheese. Needed some salt.

This was great i omitted water from the beginning. I also omitted the flour and added a pack of 4 cheese idohan potato pouch. It turned out great and thick. My very picky husband and son LOVED it!

This is really, really good. I made a couple of changes (other than fresh onion and fresh bacon). I omitted the one-cup of water that was to be added with broth, potatoes, veggies. Then at the end, instead of the slurry of milk/flour, I dumped in an entire jar of 3-cheese Alfredo Sauce and added the cheese right away. The consistency is perfect so there's no need to cook on high for 30 minutes. As soon as the cheese is melted it's ready. I'll definitely do this one again!

I love this recipie! I used 2 bags of Simply Potatoes instead of frozen diced potatoes and instead of milk & flour, I added one container of garlic philly cooking cream. It thickened up nicely and added some garlic to the party.

have not made yet but cant wait to try. If you read the recipe correctly it calls for frozen diced potatoes not shredded hash browns.

Loved it! We are on a restricted sodium diet. I used salt free chicken broth and flavored with salt free herb garlic seasoning. Used 2% milk sharp cheddar cheese. Cooked bacon last half hour with flour/ milk mixture. Very good and easy to prepare. I used about a cup of chopped sweet onion.

It was easy and a huge success. Served it with a an extra topping of shredded cheese and a dab of sour cream. Fabulous!

I add carrots and at the end add broccoli or/and cauliflower. Cheddar cheese soup also helps and Veleveta melts the best, enjoy!

I added cooked and peeled shrimp, and the bacon when I added flour, a half hour was all that was needed to thicken the soup, also add garlic powder to taste. :+)

I used instant cheese flavored mashed potato flakes and also used baked potatoes instead of the frozen, was delicious!
