Very Good! I used chicken breast instead of thighs and in place of the dried beans, I used what I had on hand which was dried black eyed peas. I also did not have a can of chilis, so I used some green bell peppers and one cayenne pepper. The chili still turned out great... right consistancy and great flavor!

I made some modifications to this recipe. I used chicken tenders instead of thighs, two cans of beans, less water (only 3 cups), no salt and only one teaspoon of oregano. This recipe is comparable to the white chili with chicken that I have eaten at Ruby Tuesdays ~ very good and I will definitely make it again as well as pass the recipe onto friends.

very tasty. The cumin and hot pepper sauce really added a different flavor.

This is a great recipe. I add pepperjack cheese and sour cream as a garnish. It's wonderful!!

I cooked this overnight and put in the fridge the next morning til dinner time. My family loved this!! No left overs. Even my 4 year old & 2 year old twins cleaned their bowls. I think eating it with tortilas made it fun for them. I will double it next time. Thanks!!

My husband is very picky and gave this one a thumbs up. That means a lot coming from him.
